This build is not yet code-signed with a publisher certificate — Windows SmartScreen may show an "unrecognized app" warning on first run. This is expected until a code-signing certificate is in place; the checksum above lets you verify the file wasn't altered in the meantime.
No background scanning, no popups, no nagging. My PC Doctor stays quiet until you open it.
Some PC builders and repair shops share a branded link with their customers. Those links will work the same way once downloads are live — no separate app to install.
